Our Mission
We’re on a mission to shift the way people approach mental well being by helping people move beyond simply surviving life’s challenges and build the skills, support, and resilience to thrive through them.
We make proactive mental wellness practical and accessible through tools, resources, and experiences that help individuals and communities understand their emotions, navigate stress, strengthen coping skills and supportive systems, and build resilience before reaching a point of crisis.
Because mental well being shouldn’t begin when life becomes overwhelming. It should be something we intentionally build along the way.
The Need
Mental Health Misconceptions
As mental health challenges continue to rise, misconceptions and stigma remain barriers to understanding and seeking support, highlighting the need for greater mental health education and awareness.
Chronic Stress
Ongoing economic, social, environmental, and systemic pressures are reshaping how we experience stress. Chronic stress and burnout are becoming increasingly common, increasing the need for healthy coping skills and resilience.
Social Connection
The pandemic brought greater attention to loneliness and social isolation, highlighting them as important public health concerns and reinforcing the importance of meaningful connection for our well-being.
Access to Support
While awareness around mental health has increased, many people still face barriers to finding timely, affordable, and culturally responsive support.
Our Approach
Mind Care:
Mind Care is the intentional practice of supporting your mental and emotional well being through self awareness, practical skills, proactive planning, and healthy support systems.
Rather than waiting until stress becomes overwhelming, Mind Care helps you build the skills and resources to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen resilience, and care for your well being along the way.
It focuses on helping people:
• Understand and manage stress
• Build emotional awareness and healthy coping skills
• Strengthen supportive relationships and systems
• Develop healthier thought patterns and self talk
• Build resilience and navigate challenges with greater intention

About The Founder
Her Personal Story
"Honestly, growing up, I didn't think mental health needed to be a priority. Being raised in a Caribbean and religious household shaped the way I viewed and understood mental health, and it wasn't something we openly talked about or prioritized.
It wasn't until I experienced significant life changes after graduating from undergrad that my perspective began to shift. I wasn't prepared for the challenges that came with transitioning into adulthood, and it became more than I could manage on my own.
Seeking help transformed the way I understood myself. One of the biggest revelations was learning that I have inattentive ADHD. I wasn't diagnosed until adulthood. Finally having a name for it gave me language for experiences I had struggled to explain for years. It helped me understand that many of the challenges I'd faced were not personal failures, but the result of living with something I didn't know I had.
It also opened my eyes to how many people, especially within communities of color, carry misconceptions about mental health. I wanted to be part of changing that narrative, supporting others who may be struggling, and emphasizing that your mind deserves care just like any other part of your body. Caring for it should be a normal practice, not a last resort.
That desire ultimately led me to create a brand dedicated to raising awareness, fostering open conversations, and helping others feel seen, heard, and supported."
